The role

As Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the development and delivery of interior-design projects across hospitality and food-and-beverage environments. Reporting to the Associate/Design Director, you will translate creative briefs into compelling and practical design solutions, balancing brand narrative, guest experience, operational requirements, programme and budget.

You will be involved throughout the complete design process-from early concept generation and client presentations to technical documentation, consultant coordination, material specification and on-site implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior-design projects from concept creation through to final implementation, ensuring a consistently high standard of creative quality and delivery
• Translate client and stakeholder briefs into clear design strategies, project programmes and defined deliverables
• Create and lead design presentations, concept boards, mood boards, material palettes, sample selections and visual narratives
• Produce comprehensive documentation for tender, construction and execution stages
• Develop high-quality hand sketches, CAD drawings, technical plans and spatial layouts
• Create original design assets, including illustrations, infographics and concept visuals, aligned with the project story and brand identity
• Source, specify and coordinate materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes and products, balancing aesthetic, functional and budget requirements
• Support and supervise site implementation to ensure the final built environment reflects the approved design intent
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, suppliers, contractors and other external partners to maintain programme and quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, design workflows and key delivery milestones, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Review the work of junior designers, providing mentoring, guidance and constructive feedback to support both quality and development
• Collaborate with branding, marketing and wider cross-functional teams to ensure design output supports the overall business and brand strategy
• Maintain an active understanding of hospitality-design trends, materials, technologies and emerging creative innovations

About you

You will be an experienced and creatively driven Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of completed hospitality and F&B work. You will be equally comfortable developing a compelling early-stage concept, resolving technical design details and working collaboratively with site teams to bring a project to life.

The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility, sound commercial awareness and the confidence to manage multiple workstreams in a deadline-led environment. You will enjoy working within a collaborative studio culture while being capable of taking independent responsibility for key areas of project delivery.

Essential experience and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered
• At least 8 years' professional interior-design experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality and F&B projects, ideally including projects delivered through to completion
• Proven experience managing projects across all design phases, from concept development through technical delivery and construction completion
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Confident hand-sketching ability and experience using 3D modelling, visualisation and presentation tools
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and spatial-planning principles
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong spatial awareness and refined design judgement
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders
• A collaborative, adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage priorities within demanding project deadlines
• Fluent English and Thai, both spoken and written, is essential
