We are seeking a highly creative and commercially awareSenior Interior Designerto join a leading international design studio in Singapore, specialising in luxury hospitality projects. Our client is a Singapore-based studio focused on high-end hospitality interiors
Role overview
The successful candidate will lead the design process across luxury hotel and hospitality projects, from concept development through design documentation and delivery. This role requires strong concept ability, excellent spatial planning, refined materiality, and the confidence to present ideas to clients and coordinate with consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Lead hospitality interior design projects from concept through to detailed design and documentation.
- Develop design narratives, mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks for client review.
- Translate client briefs and brand direction into thoughtful, high-quality design concepts.
- Produce and review layouts, elevations, detailed drawing packages, and FF&E selections.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, operators, suppliers, and project teams to maintain design intent.
- Attend and lead client presentations, design workshops, and internal reviews.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative culture of the studio.
- Support project delivery across multiple deadlines in a fast-paced international design environment.
Candidate profile
- 6-10+ years of interior design experience, with a strong focus on hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality projects.
- Proven experience delivering hospitality projects from concept to completion.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design sensibility, planning ability, and detailing.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and hospitality guest experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp; Revit is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Experience working in Asia or on international hospitality projects is highly desirable.
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.
