We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Designer to join our client's Dubai studio on a full-time basis. This is a senior design role suited to someone with strong technical expertise, deep knowledge of hospitality design workflows, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. You will work closely with the design leadership team, managing the technical design and documentation of complex, high-end hospitality projects from concept through to construction and delivery. This role requires someone who is design-aware, commercially minded, and capable of translating sophisticated creative concepts into precise technical specifications and construction documentation.

This senior leadership role is suited to someone who thrives in creative businesses but is not looking to be a designer. You will run the commercial and operational heart of the studio: ensuring projects are profitable, the team is directed, supported and accountable, and the business grows with clarity and confidence while partnering closely with the Founding Creative Directors.​

The Regional IT Manager will lead and oversee all information technology operations across the offices in Bangkok, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai, and London. This role ensures that IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital collaboration tools are consistently reliable, secure, and aligned with the firm's operational and creative needs.​ The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, managing both in-house systems and external vendors to deliver seamless IT support across regions.​

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be at the forefront of shaping innovative, luxury interior designs while maintaining the creative, collaborative spirit that defines our studio. You will strive to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams on high-impact, local & global projects, ensuring the highest standards of design excellence, client satisfaction, and environmental responsibility. This role requires both creative vision and leadership as you will be working closely with other members of the design team to support a unified vision and the successful completion of projects through presentations, finishes, materials, design documentation and administration of construction.
