As a 3D Visualiser / Designer within an interior design studio, you will collaborate closely with interior designers, architects and project teams to bring luxury hospitality concepts to life through high-quality visual storytelling.
This is a senior design-led position for an individual with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel, resort and high-end hospitality projects. You will lead the creative development and delivery of projects from early concept and spatial planning through design development, consultant coordination, presentation and documentation stages.
The Design Director will lead the creative development and delivery of high-profile F&B-led projects, shaping concepts from initial narrative and spatial strategy through to detailed design and site implementation. You will be responsible for raising creative standards, guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships and ensuring that every project balances guest experience, commercial performance and operational functionality. This role is particularly suited to a design leader who understands that standout hospitality environments depend on more than aesthetics: they require an integrated approach to storytelling, brand, guest journey, ambience, service and operational realities.
The FF&E Specialist is responsible for the selection, specification, sourcing, and coordination of all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for hospitality projects. The role ensures that all FF&E elements support the project's design vision, brand standards, budget requirements, and operational needs.
One of our largest sectors across the globe is hospitality design. Hospitality design, which mostly consists of hotels, is the major emphasis of Portico Recruitments available roles, we tend to sit in the hospitality sector. Space planning, budgets, concepts, and ff&e are just some of the skills are tested in this typology. We concentrate on identifying interior designers who've had demonstrable expertise working on projects for upscale hotels.
