As part of this exciting growth phase, our client is looking for a talented Interior Designer with a passion for hospitality design to join its team.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-end, concept-driven hospitality projects within a globally connected studio, while continuing to grow within a collaborative and design-led environment.
About the Role
As an Interior Designer, you will support the development and delivery of projects across all phases, contributing both creatively and technically. You will work closely with senior designers while progressively taking ownership of design packages and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and participate in client consultations, understanding project vision, functional requirements, and aesthetic direction.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts, including space planning, mood boards, and design narratives.
- Prepare design documentation and technical drawings-plans, sections, elevations, and detailed packages-to communicate design intent.
- Assist in materials, finishes, and FF&E specification, ensuring alignment with concept, quality, and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to support project delivery and quality standards.
- Contribute to the day-to-day management of projects, supporting timelines, deliverables, and design consistency.
- Ensure a strong balance between aesthetic vision and functional design solutions.
- Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations, clearly communicating design ideas and proposals.
- Participate in site visits, assisting in monitoring progress and ensuring execution aligns with the design intent.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams across international offices.
- Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and emerging technologies, contributing to ongoing project innovation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and technical ability.
- Fluency in English and Spanish-both essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling tools such as SketchUp or Rhino.
- Working knowledge of Revit/BIM workflows is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E specification, and technical detailing.
- A refined understanding of luxury design, with sensitivity to detail and spatial experience.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, collaborative environment.
Important Requirements
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Profile
- Creative, curious, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and eager to grow, with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable in a collaborative, multicultural setting.
- Passionate about hospitality design and high-end environments.
What's on Offer
- The opportunity to join a globally recognised design studio during a key expansion phase.
- Exposure to high-profile international hospitality projects.
- A collaborative, design-driven culture.
- Strong learning and development opportunities.
- A salary of 38,000-40,000 gross per year.
