Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Singapore

Position Type: Full-Time

This role will support the Design and FF&E team across all design phases (Phases 1 to 4). The incumbent will work closely with the Design and FF&E teams to ensure the project schedule and deliverables are in accordance with contractual obligations and the client's agreement. They will be responsible for the daytoday coordination with the client, consultants, contractors, and the internal project team.

Job Description

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Daytoday coordination with the client, consultants, contractors and project team.
• Monitoring the project schedule and working towards agreed deadlines.
• Monitoring deliverables in each project phase and design stage.
• Working closely with the Design and FF&E team in all design phases (Phase 1 to Phase 4).
• Understanding and coordinating contractual agreements in alignment with client requirements.
• Assisting the project team in preparing design and graphic presentations and coordinating design information.
• Supervising production of documentation and specifications.
• Coordinating design meetings.
• Attending site meetings and site/factory inspections.
• Conducting technical and product research and reviews with the design team.
• Demonstrating flexibility in handling multiple projects.
• Leading the CAD team to accomplish given tasks and work towards deadlines.
• Assisting in reviewing shop drawings in accordance with design documentation.
• Working in a responsible, creative manner and independently where required.
• Assisting in setting up and maintaining an updated filing system with design documents and CAD standards.
• Supporting the project manager on schedule and deliverables updates for billing and forecasting.

Work Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality and F&B projects.
• Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max and SketchUp will be an advantage.
• Strong PC skills and versatility.
• Good knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standards, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret specifications and layouts.
• Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
• Meticulous, a good team player, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and observation skills, with the ability to act as a team leader when required.
• Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience handling projects in all design phases; knowledge of site work and progress is an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, as interaction with Chinesespeaking clients is expected.
