Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Creative Director with a proven track record in the luxury and high-end residential design sector. The ideal candidate will bring more than 10 years of experience leading and conceptualising internationally acclaimed residential projects, including significant experience within the UAE market. The Creative Director will be responsible for defining the creative vision, inspiring design teams, and delivering iconic, tailored lifestyle solutions for discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and conceptual development of high-end residential projects from inception to completion.
• Set and uphold standards for luxury design, ensuring innovation, elegance, and excellence in every project.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary design teams, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking studio environment.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to interpret, challenge, and elevate client briefs.
• Oversee design presentations, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and project goals throughout.
• Stay ahead of global and regional trends in luxury architecture, interiors, materials, and technology.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and embody global best practices for luxury residential living.
• Represent the firm's design ethos in high-level meetings and industry events within the UAE and worldwide.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in creative leadership roles, managing and designing luxury/high-end residential projects internationally and within the UAE.
• Deep knowledge of luxury interior architecture, spatial planning, FF&E, and custom solutions.
• Experience working with HNW and UHNW clients, delivering fully bespoke residential solutions.
• Outstanding conceptual and visual communication skills, supported by an impressive portfolio.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and results-driven environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
