Job Title: IT & AI Program Manager
Location: Singapore
Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on IT & AI Program Manager to lead regional IT operations while driving structured AI enablement initiatives across the organization.
This role will be operated as the primary IT owner in a lean environment - managing infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, governance, vendor relationships, and emerging AI programs.
The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can independently run IT operations while engaging senior stakeholders and external vendors. In addition to maintaining operational excellence, this person will help evaluate and manage the rollout of enterprise AI tools and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT matters across offices.
- Provide hands-on support for:
- Laptops, desktops, networks, printers, servers, and telecom equipment
- Windows & Mac environments
- Administer cloud productivity platforms (Google Workspace preferred; Microsoft 365 or equivalent experience acceptable).
- Manage user provisioning & deprovisioning, access controls, and endpoint policies.
- Maintain IT infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
- Oversee patch management, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity controls.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement, inventory, refresh cycles, and secure disposal.
- Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and annual DR testing.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Establish and maintain IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate internal and external IT audits.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives (e.g., phishing simulations, staff training).
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and risk management protocols.
- Manage SLAs/OLAs with vendors and service providers.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and procurement of hardware, software, and licenses.
- Own IT budget planning and cost optimization.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business needs.
- Support ERP and business applications in collaboration with external vendors.
AI Program Management & Digital Enablement
This role will help lead the structured adoption and governance of AI tools across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Support rollout of enterprise AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise or similar).
- Identify AI use cases across departments to improve productivity and workflow automation.
- Coordinate AI tool deployment and user onboarding.
- Establish AI governance policies (data security, responsible usage, access controls).
- Assist in building or managing conversational workflows and AI-powered automation initiatives where applicable.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend pragmatic adoption strategies.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in IT operations or IT management.
- Experience in regional or multi-office environments preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- End-user support & IT infrastructure
- Cloud productivity platforms (Google Workspace experience preferred)
- Windows & Mac OS environments
- Network security, endpoint protection, and patch management
- Experience working independently in lean IT setups.
- Vendor, contract, and budget management experience.
- Good understanding of IT governance, audits, DR planning, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Exposure to ERP or enterprise applications.
