Our client is an internationally recognised interior design practice delivering exceptional luxury hospitality projects across the Middle East and internationally. They are seeking a capable BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of high-end hotel and resort projects from design development through to site coordination and completion.

This is a key technical role within the Dubai studio, suited to a BIM professional who understands the specific coordination, documentation and delivery demands of luxury hotel interiors.

The role

Working closely with the design, technical and project teams, you will take ownership of BIM coordination across multiple hospitality projects. You will establish and manage BIM standards, coordinate models with internal and external consultants, and ensure that information is accurate, well-organised and issued in line with project programmes.

You will act as the principal BIM point of contact for the studio, supporting project teams to use Revit effectively while maintaining the high level of technical quality required on luxury hotel developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM delivery across luxury hospitality and hotel interior projects.
• Set up, maintain and implement BIM standards, workflows, templates, libraries and best-practice procedures.
• Coordinate Revit models across interior design, architecture, MEP, structural and specialist consultant packages.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, coordination and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify clashes, inconsistencies and technical issues early, working with the wider project team to resolve them.
• Support the production and coordination of drawing packages, schedules, specifications and technical information.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants and external project stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day BIM and Revit support, guidance and troubleshooting to designers and technical teams.
• Ensure models and associated information are managed correctly through the relevant project stages.
• Contribute to the continued development of BIM systems and processes within the studio.

Required experience and skills

• A minimum of 5 years' BIM experience specifically on luxury hospitality or hotel projects is essential.
• Proven experience delivering BIM coordination for high-end hotels, resorts, restaurants or wider hospitality environments.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, including model management, documentation and coordination.
• Experience coordinating with architectural, MEP, structural and specialist consultants.
• Sound understanding of interior design technical documentation, construction detailing and site coordination.
• Experience using clash-detection and model-review tools, such as Navisworks, is highly beneficial.
• Confident working across multiple live projects, deadlines and consultant teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical BIM requirements clearly to both design and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive in resolving coordination issues.
